Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can log into your QOHL account, go to "My Orders," select the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return/Exchange." Once approved, our delivery partner will pick up the package from your address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Partial COD Advance
Please note that if you opted for the "Partial COD" payment method, the initial advance amount (₹200) is non-refundable in the case of order cancellation after dispatch or RTO (Return to Origin).
